Associate Hair Model Program

Our mission is to cultivate growth in our team and our Prism Partners program is the perfect opportunity for new stylists to refine their technical skills and fortify their emerging talent through hands-on experiences.

Hands-on experience is critical to the evolution of new stylists and is a large part of our programs success. We would love for you to be a part of shaping our team and the hair industry as a whole.

As a hair model within the Prism Partners Program, you will directly impact the learning process and lives of our associate team members. You will help develop their growing talent and confidence in various hair cutting and coloring techniques.

Haircuts: $15

Color Services: starting at $25 plus the cost of color

Color cost averages between $15-$50 and will vary based on amount of color needed for services required and thickness and length of hair.

Prism Partners Rules and Information

  • Sign up to be a model by clicking the SIGN UP button at the bottom of this page.
  • Model days will vary. You will be contacted to schedule 2-7 days before to set up an appointment.
  • Haircuts are priced at $15. Color starts at $25 + the cost of color.
  • Associates are licensed cosmetologists, receiving additional education from our mentor stylists.
  • While we ensure quality service, this is an educational experience and may differ from a typical salon experience.
  • Service durations are extended. Haircuts average 2hours and color averages 4 hours.
  • Models must be 16 years or older. Under 18 requires parents signature approval
  • Our 24 hour cancelation policy applies to our associate program as well. Cancelation without 24 hour notice or not showing to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your appointment value booked and lead to disqualification from the program.
